Data we collect

The contact form collects: name, email, company (optional), project type, indicative budget (optional), message and interface language. No other personal data is collected on this site, and there are no user accounts.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your request and prepare a potential proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention period

Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted no later than 12 months after our last exchange. If a business relationship begins, data is kept for 3 years after the last contact.

Recipients and transfers outside the EU

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is processed by our technical providers: Vercel (site hosting), Convex (database) and Resend (email delivery), located in the United States.

These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Vercel Analytics, a cookieless audience measurement tool that only produces anonymous, aggregated statistics for our exclusive use. It is exempt from consent under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act: this is why no cookie banner is displayed.

No other tracker, advertising cookie or tracking tool is used.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability over your data. To exercise them, write to alexis@studioinward.com: we reply within one month at most.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
